Position Summary
Under general supervision this position is responsible for supporting the Asset Management System through research review and analysis of asset information. The position will provide support to the asset information asset strategy and asset planning functions of Asset Management.

Essential duties and responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:
- Demonstrates strong proficiency in Microsoft programs including Word Excel and PowerPoint; Able to learn SharePoint Maximo and PowerBI.
- Operates efficiently and effectively in an office environment; takes initiative to resolve questions comfortable talking with maintenance and engineering staff to receive technical guidance.
- Willing to learn and help further develop the file and data storage standards and procedures for Asset Management.
- Able to perform basic analytics on data to create information for leadership to aid in making asset related decisions.
- Demonstrates flexibility and willingness to assist where needed. Handles various tasks throughout the day and is able to prioritize and organize efficiently; demonstrates a high attention to detail and is task oriented.
- Demonstrated commitment to Grant PUDs mission vision values strategic plan and Grant PUD / IBEW Local 77 Code of Excellence. The incumbent should be familiar with these organizational priorities and behave in a way that aligns with these expectations.
- Understand and adhere to compliance requirements for this position that may include laws regulations security guidelines Grant PUD policies & procedures.
- May operate a District vehicle.
- Actively participate in all aspects of our safety program including but not limited to:
- Following all safety policies and procedures.
- Alerting supervisors and coworkers to unsafe or hazardous working conditions.
- Reporting any safety incidents or close calls within 24 hours to your supervisor.
- Accepting feedback from supervisors and coworkers regarding your own safety performance
Education and Experience
Required
- Fulltime student status at a college or University in a Technical Field
- Sophomore year completed
- A valid drivers license with no driving restrictions.
License and Certification

Other Knowledge Skills and Abilities
- Attention to detail understanding of technical information and the ability to work with people are required.
- Typing and entering data with speed and accuracy.
- Utilizing MS office products.
- Organization and prioritization.
- Interpersonal skills including clear and concise communication both in writing and verbally.
- Knowledge and understanding of District Policies and Procedures.
- General knowledge of the Districts Strategic Plan.
- Demonstrated ability to follow oral and written instructions learn quickly work independently exercise sound judgment and be selfmotivated.
- Read and understand equipment nameplate data.

- Some site visits to substations and/or construction sites.
