We are excited to be working with a Leading UK Legal 500 firm to recruit a talented Employment Solicitor to join their highly regarded Employment Law team in Milton Keynes. About the Role
As an Employment Solicitor you will:
- Manage a varied caseload of contentious and noncontentious employment law matters for both employers and employees.
- Provide advice on workplace disputes redundancies TUPE discrimination claims and contracts of employment.
- Act for a prestigious client base including multinational corporations SMEs and highnetworth individuals.
- Engage in business development activities to grow the firms presence and expand client relationships.
- Collaborate with a team of toptier employment law specialists benefiting from mentorship and professional support.
About You
To thrive in this role you will need:
- 26 years PQE in employment law gained at a reputable firm.
- Strong technical knowledge and a proven track record in handling complex employment cases.
- Excellent clientfacing and communication skills with a commercial and pragmatic approach.
- A proactive attitude towards business development and building client relationships.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
