- Ensuring the business is authentically represented in thecommunity by being theface of the brand at customer andcommunity engagements.
- Taking accountability for your regions financial performance and productivity.
- Leading coaching and inspiring your team.
Skills Experience and Knowledge Required
As a natural born leader with a curiosity and passion for operational business and customer excellence you have an impressive track record in developing and delivering to a strategic plan. Youre hungry to apply your entrepreneurial and accountable spirit and youre energised by knowing you run your region like a business within a broader business. You bring:
- Expertise across instore sales customer experience customer service and operations.
- The ability tobalance strategic vision with handson operational and tactical management.
- A data driven mindset and strong commercial acumen.
- An ability to work both on and in the business.
- Previous experience in a retail/consumer setting is highly desirable.
