What Will You Do as a Customer Service Sales Representative
- Oversee the entire sales customer service and client relations process
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Develop and execute promotional sales strategies to boost brand awareness and drive sales
- Present and demonstrate products and services to customers
- Actively listen to customer inquiries and provide tailored solutions
- Stay informed on the latest products services and pricing through daily meetings
- Deliver outstanding customer service hit sales targets and boost overall performance

What Does It Take to Be a Customer Service Sales Representative
- High school diploma or a Bachelors degree (preferred)
- 13 years of experience in customer service sales or similar customerfacing roles
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong passion for customer interaction and problemsolving
- A driven successoriented mindset with a hunger for professional growth
- Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle
