Position: Landscape Design/Sales Professional

Bloom Talent Solutions has been engaged by a fastgrowing Residential and Commercial Landscape company in the Burlington VT market to recruit and hire a customerfacing Design/Sales Professional to join their landscape team.

If you have a passion for landscape design and sales a keen eye for aesthetics and a drive to exceed client expectations this could be your ideal opportunity!

The Role:

  • Client Engagement: Meet with clients manage accounts and create estimates tailored to their needs.
  • Project Design & Management: Conduct predesign site visits prepare design development drawings and oversee projects from concept to completion.
  • Proposal & Contract Development: Create and coordinate contracts ensuring alignment with client expectations and company standards.
  • Sales & Marketing Support: Assist with marketing efforts create budgetbased landscape plans and present proposals to clients.
  • Operational Collaboration: Work closely with vendors subcontractors and internal teams to ensure seamless of projects.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement the latest landscape techniques manage project schedules and budgets and ensure all work meets highquality standards.

What You Bring:

  • Landscape Design Expertise: Minimum of 2 years of experience in landscape design/build with strong knowledge of plant materials suitable for Vermonts climate.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in AutoCAD Vectorworks SketchUp Dynascape and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication with the ability to engage clients and team members effectively.
  • Project Management Experience: Ability to prioritize projects adhere to budget guidelines and oversee designs from concept to .
  • ProblemSolving Mindset: Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to develop creative solutions for clients.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with grading drainage permitting requirements and construction best practices.
  • Valid Drivers License: Required for travel to client sites.
