The Role:
- Client Engagement: Meet with clients manage accounts and create estimates tailored to their needs.
- Project Design & Management: Conduct predesign site visits prepare design development drawings and oversee projects from concept to completion.
- Proposal & Contract Development: Create and coordinate contracts ensuring alignment with client expectations and company standards.
- Sales & Marketing Support: Assist with marketing efforts create budgetbased landscape plans and present proposals to clients.
- Operational Collaboration: Work closely with vendors subcontractors and internal teams to ensure seamless of projects.
- Quality Assurance: Implement the latest landscape techniques manage project schedules and budgets and ensure all work meets highquality standards.
What You Bring:
- Landscape Design Expertise: Minimum of 2 years of experience in landscape design/build with strong knowledge of plant materials suitable for Vermonts climate.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in AutoCAD Vectorworks SketchUp Dynascape and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication with the ability to engage clients and team members effectively.
- Project Management Experience: Ability to prioritize projects adhere to budget guidelines and oversee designs from concept to .
- ProblemSolving Mindset: Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to develop creative solutions for clients.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with grading drainage permitting requirements and construction best practices.
