Job Description
The Delmar Gardens Family is seeking a dynamic RN to serve as a Regional Nurse Supervisor as part of our corporate clinical team for thirteen 13 skilled nursing facilities in four 4 states: MO GA NE KS.
The successful candidate will be a Missouri licensed RN acting as the primary resource person for Nursing Administration by providing professional nursing expertise in the assessment of residents needs the development of action plans aiding in goal accomplishment and monitoring progress. Providing accurate timely advice consultation and interpretation of governmental regulations applicable to nursing services is essential to this candidates success. The candidate must be willing to obtain licensure in our other states and have the flexibility to travel. Experience as a Director of Nursing in a longterm care setting is a must. A BSN license and/or multifacility responsibilities a plus.
