EquipmentShare is searching for a Tax Data Analyst for the corporate office in Columbia Missouri (or remote) to help us drive profitability through datadriven analysis.

Salary range: $95k$120k. Factors including past experience and location may affect final compensation rate.

Primary Responsibilities
- Responsible for identifying developing and maintaining the data inputs/sources that enable the indirect and direct tax teams to perform key reporting/compliance/planning functions
- Responsible for designing and implementing solutions to tax data needs (write and automate queries etc.
- Responsible for identifying roadblocks to scaling and implementing automations to solve for those problems.
- May involve coding lightweight web applications for using tools to connect to various data sources
- Serve as a key stakeholder in the budget and forecasting process

Requirements:
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without Visa sponsorship or an OPT Visa required
- 5 years of experience or education focused on data analysis
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Statistics Economics Computer Science Mathematics or related field
- Corporate finance exposure: specifically working with accounting and accounting data
- Experience working with property taxes and related data
- Strong SQL experience required
- Python experience recommended
- Ability to swiftly extract key insights from data
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
