Why be a Country Executive Myprotein Romania

• • Website Management & Performance: Oversee the Myprotein Romanian website managing sales performance metrics (e.g. GP conversion rate traffic) product reviews content and customer database growth.

  • Analytics & Strategy: Use analytics and internal reporting tools to understand the customer journey optimize sales and define strategic direction for the site.

  • Influencer Marketing & Collaboration: Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies manage the Romanian Influencer Database and source new influencer talent to enhance brand recognition.

  • Traffic & Customer Engagement: Work with the digital marketing team to drive website traffic identify new growth opportunities and improve customer engagement through CRM activities and promotions.

  • Campaign Development & Merchandising: Contribute to creative campaigns optimize website merchandising (banners landing pages) and ensure products are competitively priced to meet GP targets.

  • Customer Experience: Collaborate with design and editorial teams to create engaging product pages ensuring an exceptional customer experience with relevant information and conversion opportunities.

What skills and experience do I need for this role

• Fluent Romanian and English speaker both written & spoken
• University Degree preferred
• Experience in a similar online trading role is preferred
• Strong academic track record
• Strong interest in Digital marketing channels SEO and ecommerce
• Proven communication and influencing skills
• Commercially astute ambitious and highly intelligent individuals who are hungry for success and genuine responsibility.
• Entrepreneurial thinkers are welcome those able to think outside the box best suited to a true startup agile environment with early responsibility for key decision making
• Interest and understanding of the health & nutrition sector strongly desired
