Job Description
TECHNICIANMEDIA BLASTING truck body shop medium duty heavyduty trucks automotive essential business vehicle repair paint collision
Truckstar has an opening for someone to media blast trucks trailers and equipment to clean and prep surfaces for painting. Work independently to remove old paint rust and debris from steel surfaces with our stateoftheart highpressure system and extralarge dedicated blast building! You will be setup to work efficiently and inside in comfort. Monthly incentive for hours produced.

- Work experience in vehicle servicerelated field
- Previous blast experience a plus
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Disassemble and assemble vehicle components as needed
- Move and setup vehicles and equipment for blasting
- Mask vehicle to protect surfaces
- Operate and properly maintain blast equipment
- Direct hose nozzle with highpressure media over surfaces
- Physical ability to work on a ladder or low to the ground
- Read and understand work orders
- Identifying additional repairs (supplements) needed
- Implement quality control standards and ensure each repair is completed with the highest level of quality
