Position: Smoothie Barista *Must be willing to start by May 1*

Location: BlendCraft 3 4th Street. Petaluma CA 94952

Hours: Weekdays 9am5pm availability for either opening or closing shifts) must have flexibility to work weekends and holidays as well

As we prepare for the busy summer season were on the hunt for smoothie baristas who share our passion for good vibes and exceptional customer service. This position is longterm and will extend yearround. Open to seasonal employment for the right individual.

What Youll Do:

• Prepare and serve smoothies and acai bowls with speed and accuracy
• Deliver outstanding customer service making each guest feel welcome and valued
• Work as part of a dynamic fastpaced team to keep the flow moving during busy hours
• Learn and develop a deep understanding of our products and ingredients
• Ensure the bar area is clean organized and fully stocked at all times
• Maintain a positive attitude and bring energy to every shift
• Take initiative and support the team in keeping everything running smoothly

• Strong customer service skills with a true passion for hospitality
• Ability to thrive in a highenergy fastpaced environment
• Reliable punctual and able to handle multiple tasks at once
• Enthusiasm for smoothies acai bowls and healthy living
• A team player who can communicate well and bring positivity to every shift
• Willingness to learn and develop expertise in our product offerings
• Availability for weekday shifts between 8am5pm and the flexibility to work weekends and holidays
• Ideal starting schedule would be Tuesday Friday (Flexible)
