The Supply Stays team plays a key role in shaping these Airbnb stays. As a multidisciplinary team we partner with Hosts to conceptualize and develop highquality repeatable and commercially viable offerings that align with our brand values.

The Difference You Will Make

As a Market Manager you will be responsible for the growth of a book of business in your assigned territory Belgium and the Netherlands by managing professional host accounts and supply acquisition of high quality inventory. You will build Airbnbs strong market presence in your assigned region in collaborating with other teams as the local inmarket expert. As someone who knows the Airbnb mission and values inside out you will drive all phases of supply acquisition and market success from acquisition strategy development to strategic host relationship management. You will also be tasked with developing and refining scalable localized supply management strategies for both established competitive markets and emerging untapped markets aiming to secure our longterm success in these regions.

This role is based in Paris (hybrid setup).

A Typical Day

  • Build and manage professional host account relationships in Belgium and the Netherlands to exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.
  • Prospect and onboard highquality supply in your assigned region.
  • Conduct regular optimization calls and business reviews with clients.
  • Develop strong longlasting partnerships.
  • Provide exceptional support to professional hosts occasionally traveling to the market for inperson assistance.
  • Gain deep knowledge of your assigned markets and serve as the goto source for local trends and dynamics.
  • Analyze data and apply insights to identify and act on strategic opportunities that drive sales growth.
  • Maintain a baseline understanding of software integrations to provide effective client support.
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with public policy legal communication and customer support teams to ensure longterm success.
  • Apply an entrepreneurial mindset to design develop and execute tailored engagement initiatives.
  • Support host community programs fostering growth and engagement within Airbnbs network.
  • Represent Airbnb in external meetings with professional hosts.
  • Educate clients on significant product updates and relay feedback to internal stakeholders.

Your Expertise

  • 6 years experience in account management partner support and/or sales.
  • Preferably 2 years experience in hospitality/travel industry
  • Fluency in French English and Dutch is required; trilingual
  • Must be willing to regularly travel to your aligned market territory. Typical expectation would be once every 4 to 6 weeks.
  • Proven track record of being able to effectively work a lead pipeline and/or a book of business
  • Proficient in using CRM software specifically in working with leads opportunities and other core objects Salesforce and Mixmax experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients via phone email and inperson
  • Proficient quantitative skills and proven ability to interpret and apply data throughout your daytoday work
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work at both strategic and tactical levels with a proven track record to execute in ambiguous environments
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines adjust to changes in priorities and balance shortterm needs with longterm strategic initiatives;
  • Passion for Airbnb travel and the sharing economy being an Airbnb host is a plus
  • Proven experience working crossfunctionally
  • Charismatic selfstarter who is resourceful and selfsufficient
