Product range planning for the category
Responsible to optimize sales for the category
Revenue
Margins
Growth of categories
Planning
Effectively planning inventory and forecasting in order to maximize profitability
Financial analysis Sales Margin Discount and Inventory related analysis
Option planning
OTB working along with the central planning team
Inventory Management
Planning for the inventory flow for entire category
Collaborative Partnership
Liasoning with all stakeholders including planning CDM and revenue teams
Coordinating with sales and marketing for the growth of category
