Valiant Residential seeks a Regional Vice President of Business Development to join our team.
Be a brand ambassadorrepresent Valiants Residential multifamily management platform locally and nationally and personify Valiant Residentials values of being inclusive driven collaborative and insightful.
This role involves business development relationship management strategic planning and marketing.
The role also involves developing and executing communication plans analyzing their effectiveness throughout their implementation and cultivating robust relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure the attainment of our corporate objectives.
As the Regional Vice President of Business Development you will report to the Vice President of Client Services. You will lead assist and execute strategies to expand our client base and enhance overall client satisfaction.
To be successful in this role one must have a deep understanding of the multifamily or commercial industry a proven track record in client hunting and strategic prospecting skills to expand ones client base and drive revenue growth.
