We are Valiant Residential

Valiant Residential seeks a Regional Vice President of Business Development to join our team.


Be a brand ambassadorrepresent Valiants Residential multifamily management platform locally and nationally and personify Valiant Residentials values of being inclusive driven collaborative and insightful.


This role involves business development relationship management strategic planning and marketing.


The role also involves developing and executing communication plans analyzing their effectiveness throughout their implementation and cultivating robust relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure the attainment of our corporate objectives.


As the Regional Vice President of Business Development you will report to the Vice President of Client Services. You will lead assist and execute strategies to expand our client base and enhance overall client satisfaction.


To be successful in this role one must have a deep understanding of the multifamily or commercial industry a proven track record in client hunting and strategic prospecting skills to expand ones client base and drive revenue growth.

Requirements

Business Development

  • Develop and nurture relationships within Multifamily Properties or Commercial properties with national institutional investors to support their growth efforts and relationships with Valiant Residential.
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities to expand on client portfolio through email marketing cold calling and networking through industry contacts.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong longlasting client relationships.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of new multifamily property management prospects for the region or state.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients through the sales and transition process and maintain strong relationships to complement the operations team.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.

Multifamily Market Expertise

  • Demonstrate knowledge of multifamily underwriting property valuations and the property management market including trends challenges and opportunities.
  • Leverage prior experience in multifamily /commercial properties to tailor solutions that meet the specific needs of clients in this sector.
  • Stay informed about industry developments to provide strategic insights for business growth.
  • Develop strategic plans to position the company competitively in the market.
  • Work closely with the executive team to align business development goals with company objectives.

Team Leadership

  • Working under the V.P. will provide many opportunities to lead mentor and inspire a highperforming client services and analyst team.
  • Create and improve processes with CRM systems and client procurement.
  • Foster a collaborative and resultsdriven culture within the team.
  • Coordinate with internal operations leaders to support client contract negotiations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in business Marketing or a related field
  • Proven successful client acquisition track record within the multifamily or commercial property management industry.
  • Indepth understanding of multifamily property management trends and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to make datadriven decisions.
  • Ability to travel as needed but not more than approximately 10 of the time

Experience

  • Minimum of three to five years of thirdparty multifamily management or commercial property management and sales experience
  • Able to demonstrate underwriting and property valuations
  • Proven track record of relationshipbuilding with institutional and private owners
  • Internally motivated selfstarter
  • Passion for the pursuit enjoys and thrives on winning new business.
  • Ability to solve problems quickly handle multiple tasks and organize resources supporting complex client and internal deliverables.
