Position Overview:

About the Role:

• Manage DTC and Wholesale bulk orders to drive timesensitive production planning for booking and in season chase demand
• Monitor and execute distribution plans for special projects and archived channels
• Oversee reservation process/priorities to ensure the proper order management of DTC and Wholesale channels
• Support the shipment of sample inventory for global showrooms for go to market and in season marketing initiatives
• Support with VIP and escalated Customer Experience situations
• Provide various Ad hoc reports
• Perform project work/other duties as required

About You:

• Experience in retail/manufacturing and/or distribution environment strongly preferred
• PostSecondary education in with a focus on Retail Business or Distribution environment
• A minimum of 4 years account management experience with a premium brand
• Experience working within an ERP system environment
• Ability to effectively present to groups and engage all levels of the organization
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
• Ability to motivate and lead a team
• Solid knowledge and understanding of the premium retail landscape
• Analytical skills combined with a high attention to detail
• Ability to establish and maintain strong interpersonal relationships
• Internally motivated to seek out answers generate ideas and develop new skills
• Selfmotivated able to work independently and know when to seek guidance
• Demonstrated sound judgment and problemsolving attitude. Able to break down problems into meaningful parts and come to rational and wellthoughtout conclusions
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office; Word and Excel
