Job Title: Junior Architect

Responsibilities:
Assist senior architects in developing design concepts and architectural plans
Create 3D models renderings and visualizations
Prepare drawings blueprints and construction documents
Coordinate with consultants contractors and vendors
Conduct site visits and assist in construction administration
Research building codes materials and construction techniques
Collaborate with team members on design ideas and solutions
Attend client meetings and presentations as required
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture
13 years of experience in architectural design
Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit and other design software
Strong design and technical skills
Knowledge of building codes and regulations
Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
