Job Description: The Stringers top priority is to ensure every studentathlete and coach receives the best possible tennis experience with the racquet service provided including stringing restringing general racquet maintenance and customization. Job Duties and Responsibilities Performs stringing restringing racquet maintenance and customization of racquets. Ensures the stringing machine is in proper working condition. Provides exceptional service by fitting equipment choices (racquet model weight and balance; and string model thickness and tension) with the playing style and physique of the player. Ensuring grips and grommets strip/bumper guards are all in good repair. The ability to string a tennis racquet is a requirement.

  • Perform business operations duties for assigned area of responsibility
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients
  • Ability to prioritize and take initiative
  • Assist with various projects activities and tasks related to business operations
  • Ability to comply with University policies
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance
