The salary offered within this range will be based upon the geographic location work experience education licensure requirements and/or skill level. Salary Range:
$82900.00 $124300.00As a Senior Product Engineer you will support development of engineering/product concepts that are highquality costappropriate and satisfy all stakeholders (customer manufacturing material agency etc. needs and requirements through an established area of technical specialty and mentorship of others on the global discipline team.
Key Job Accountabilities:
- Plan out and execute prototype builds in engineering and manufacturing from procurement and kitting to build support.
- Support product transition into manufacturing.
- Develop and Execute verification and reliability: requirements development planning / tracing test method development and reporting results.
- Manage product data: developing a Bill Of Materials strategy with manufacturing part creation engineering change notices and deviations.
- Support product compliance by compiling the appropriate documentation and working with outside agencies.
- Demonstrate effective communications (teleconference email and inperson) through interaction with customers (internal and external) regarding project technical subject matter.
- Assists project management in the development of proposals to ensure accurate technical staffing budgetary and schedule content.
Education/Experience Qualifications:
- A minimum of a Bachelors degree in Engineering is required.
- Five 5 years of related experience is required.
- Intermediate CrossDiscipline Development Knowledge.
- Strong understanding ofStructured Design.
An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.
