Job Description
Store Manager/Duty Manager
Our client is in search of a dedicated and experienced female Store Manager/Duty Manager to oversee the daily operations of their store located at Omaha Beach. This role presents an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional customer service lead a dynamic team and contribute to the strategic growth of the store.
Key Responsibilities
- Procurement and negotiation with suppliers for product sourcing.
- Ensuring adherence to the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012.
- Focusing on delivering exceptional customer service to elevate the shopping experience.
- Leading training and motivating the team to accomplish store objectives.
- Efficiently managing stock levels orders and stocktakes.
- Strategically planning for business expansion and advancement.
- Supervising daily cash reconciliations petty cash management and banking procedures.
- Implementing and overseeing store merchandising to attract customers.
- Enforcing company policies and procedures among the staff.
- Maintaining security controls for cash keys alarms and stock.
- Ensuring compliance with Occupational Health & Safety guidelines.
- Handling customer inquiries and professionally resolving complaints.
- Maintaining a wellpresented store environment to encourage repeat business.
- Managing liquor licensing requirements and adhering to regulations.

Requirements:
- Female candidates only.
- Previous experience in food retail is a must.
- Physically fit to meet the demands of the role.
- Strong written and spoken English skills.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Proficient in basic math skills.
- Demonstrated expertise in customer service.
- Experience in checkout operations.
