We are looking for fulltime parttime and per diem Physical Therapists with outpatient orthopedic PT experienced preferred but new graduates are encouraged to apply. There are several management opportunities available for experienced therapists wishing to advance their career. We are looking to bring aboard more excellent physical therapists to our team to help us accommodate growth in our existing clinics that are located within 50 miles NW of Boston.
Who we are: We are a physical therapist owned private outpatient orthopedic practice in the Central Massachusetts area and we pride ourselves on direct patient care and attention to detail and have been serving our community for over 20 years! Our administrative expertise ensures that this aspect of the healthcare process is seamless and smooth for patients and doctors alike. We work hard to see new patients as quickly as possible; we dont want patients to have to wait for care when they are in pain. Our Physical Therapy clinic is well respected in the local and national medical community and our dynamic team was awarded honorable mention in the nationwide ADVANCE Magazine for Physical Therapy and Rehabilitations Practice of the Year competition! On a daytoday basis we offer the challenge of a varied caseload ranging from seniors to postsurgical cases to high level athletes. We also provide specialty services such as Pilates dry needling vestibular therapy amputee rehab and aquatic physical therapy. Duties:
Outpatient Orthopedic PT
Patient Consultationreview health and medical histories exam patients review pertinent medical records/imaging and reason for visit
Consult with referring Physicians/Healthcare teams regarding diagnosis if needed
Develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based on each patients particular needs
Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques to include exercise instruction manual therapy techniques modern modalities and activities of daily living
Compose discharge notes for patients refer to appropriate outside sources as necessary
Patient education on the benefits of PT treatment plan maintenance and home exercises
Documentation/progress notes accurate and timely records document treatments rendered in patient charts Record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit
Collaboration with the other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care
Communicate effectively with both the staff and patients
Create an excellent experience for patients through a friendly and focused attitude
Requirements:
Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
PT license in MA
Schedule:
Full time Part time or Per diem
Office Hours Monday Friday
Total Compensation (range):
$125k$130k (depending on experience base plus bonus)
