To identify and create integrated media opportunitiesfor brands so as to enhance brand imagery visibility and credibility to builddesired brand opinions and influence consumer behavior.
This role is ideal for Dynamic Proactiveindividuals with excellent communication skills flair for writing and acreative mindset this role will involve the management of a wide spectrum ofMedia relation activities media communication campaign community relationsand Crisis communications. The individual must have prior experience in PRdigital communication influencer marketing from a reputed organization asthis role is a handson role.
Assist in effectivecommunication on behalf of the Personal Care Products Business to externalstakeholders particularly through media.
Assist / Create/identifyseries of relevant and appropriate brand PR opportunities to enhance brandImagery credibility and visibility to influence consumer behavior and helpcreate a positive disposition towards PCPB brands
Content development andediting press release articles FAQS briefing documents etc. andmaintenance of this knowledge repository
Support Brand marketingwith impactful and focus features on brand attributes and communicate key brandmessages
Communication andliaising with internal stakeholders along with external agencies
Identify and developinfluencer marketing as a key channel of brand advocacy managing end to endinfluencer campaigns content scripting creative visualization liaising withagencies to curate relevant content for brand exposure
Liaise with corporate communicationsfor brand specific communications to align with the Organizational line ofthought
Deployment and trackinga crisis strategy in liaison with the team corporate communication and brandcustodians including legal
Track Monitor &Influence Media Coverage and social media campaigns and influencer marketingplans
Interact with internalstakeholders to ensure brand dialogue and communication
Assist in managing PRagency output and to enhance brand reputation imagery and influence.
QUALIFICATION:
Post Graduate in any field.
Masters in Corp Communication / Journalism/ Public Relations is an added advantage
EXPERIENCE:
Total relevant experience of 45 years
Excellent communication skills written and verbal
Creative analytical ability
Understands the media landscape and iswell networked with media both print as well as digital
Hands on experience of social media webtechnologies creative and presentation tools
Follows trends and implements bestpractices in employee engagement and influencer (both online and offline)engagement
Ability to understand the businessholistically its financial legal and operational underpinnings and what ittakes to make it profitable
Experience of managing communicationsagencies or an agency client servicing team
Experience in handling scaleinfluencer campaigns and content
