Job Description
Our client is looking for a Senior Electrician to join their team in Cape Town WC. The ideal candidate will be a tradetested professional with a Wiremans License and be registered with the relevant Electrical Board capable of signing off Certificates of Compliance (COCs) independently. This is a seniorlevel role suited for someone who can work unsupervised while collaborating with apprentices and other team members when required.
Responsibilities:
Perform electrical installations maintenance and repairs in household commercial and industrial environments
Work with both singlephase and threephase electrical systems
Issue Certificates of Compliance (COCs) for completed work
Lead and mentor apprentices or junior team members when necessary
Maintain compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
Collaborate with clients and team members to ensure efficient project delivery
Requirements:
TradeTested Electrician (Red Seal)
Wiremans License
Registered with the Western Cape Electrical Board
Proven ability to issue COCs independently
Minimum 5 years of relevant postqualification experience
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Experience with solar installations would be advantageous
