WME

Formed in 1898 WME is the longestrunning talent agency. In 2009 William Morris Agency (WMA) merged with Endeavor to become one of the leading entertainment and media companies. WME represents the worlds greatest artists and content creators across film television music comedy theatre books digital media speaking and brand partnerships.

Department

WMEs Personal Appearances department oversees touring festival booking and crossover opportunities for leading musicians across all touring genres. Our musical artists are also behind some of the most iconic songs and scores in film.

Essential Responsibilities

Interns will participate in their assigned departments daily operations. Interns will work on departmentspecific research projects perform administrative duties and support their manager with adhoc daily tasks.Interns may be asked to complete an end of summer assignment or pitch (either individually or in assigned teams) utilising the knowledge they have acquired over the course of the summer.

• Passion for live music.

• Interest in learning about the bookings side of the music business.

• Must be detailoriented and able to handle complex instructions with care and followthrough.

• Must be an excellent multitasker and have proven problemsolving abilities.

• Must have a friendly open demeanour with ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.

• Must be able to adapt to changes and work in a fast paced demanding environment.

• Must be dependable and proactive.

• Must be able to prioritise the workload and use time efficiently.

• Must have a basic understanding of and strong desire to build a career in the entertainment industry.

Program Details

We offer internship opportunities within our global sports and entertainment businesses including global cultural marketing agency 160/90; sports rights management production and digital content leader IMG (Rights FC Diez Seven League); global licensing business IMG Licensing; premium hospitality and live experiences leader On Location Professional Bull Riders (PBR) and entertainment agency WME (including WME Sports and Fashion). Locations include New York City Nashville St. Louis Atlanta Philadelphia Dallas Chicago London and Paris. All internships are in the office and inperson unless otherwise noted.

In addition to handson experience and exposure to the global sports and entertainment industry interns participate in events such as welcome/farewell sessions a speaker series featuring company leaders and career training workshops addressing everything from LinkedIn profile enhancement to resume building interviewing skills and networking. Internships are 40 hours per week Monday through Friday or standard local working hours in the intern location.

Recruitment Process

Our process consists of four steps.

• 1. Tell us your story. In addition to your application and resume please attach a word document and in 300 words max share why youre interested in the role. What are the unique perspectives abilities and qualities you would bring to the role What do you hope to learn

• 2. Video Interview with a Recruiter. If selected fort he next round you will be contacted by the recruiting team to schedule a 30 minute video interview.

• 3. Video Interview with the Hiring Manager. If selected to move forward you will meet with the hiring manager and potentially 12 additional team members.

• 4. Offer or Decline. If selected for the position a recruiter will call to extend an offer. If you have not been selected a recruiter will reach out to let you know.

Eligibility

Our program is designed for recent graduates and those within six months of graduation from an undergraduate university unless otherwise noted. Candidates must indicate if they now or in the future require Endeavor to commence (sponsor) an immigration case in order to employ them (for example H1B or other employmentbased immigration case).

Pay

We offer paid internships; rates vary based on location. Pay rates typically align with local required minimums and vary by country.
