About the Role
As an Executive Assistant for Rokus Devices Leadership team youll play a pivotal role in driving efficiency and effectiveness for our executives. This position isnt just about managing calendarsits about being a trusted partner who enables leaders to focus on highimpact initiatives while ensuring the seamless of critical business operations.
This role is highly visible and integral to our fastpaced Devices organization. Youll interact daily with senior leaders across product engineering technology and operations functions providing proactive support and anticipating needs before they arise. The ideal candidate is detailoriented thrives in ambiguity and can confidently navigate shifting priorities with discretion and professionalism.
What youll be doing
- Act as a strategic partner to Rokus Devices leadership optimizing their time and enabling highimpact decisionmaking
- Manage complex calendars travel arrangements and meeting logistics ensuring seamless scheduling across multiple time zones
- Prioritize competing demands exercising sound judgment to keep executives focused on what matters most
- Track and drive key action items ensuring followthrough on highpriority initiatives
- Support leadership meetings by preparing agendas taking minutes and managing followups to ensure progress
- Serve as a liaison between executives direct reports and external partners to streamline communication and coordination
- Plan and execute leadership off sites team events and key business meetings ensuring a seamless experience for internal and external stakeholders
- Handle confidential information with professionalism integrity and discretion
Were excited if you have
- 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or People/HR related Specialist supporting senior leadership
- Experience working within technology hardware or consumer electronics industries
- A track record of proactively managing executive priorities in a fastpaced environment
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems before they arise
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface confidently and thoughtfully across all levels of the organization and with external partners
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools (Confluence Slack) with the ability to adapt to new systems quickly
- A solutionsoriented mindset with a passion for driving efficiency and impact
