Residential Property Solicitor 2 Years PQE
Location: London
Salary:(dependent on experience)
We are supporting a leading law firm with offices across London and the South East in their search for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor. If you have 2 years of PQE in residential conveyancing and are passionate about providing excellent client care this is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded team with exciting prospects for career development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters including sales purchases remortgages and transfers of equity.
- Working independently on files ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintaining high standards of communication and client care ensuring that clients receive a firstclass service.
- Contributing to business development efforts networking and bringing in new clients.
- Collaborating effectively with the wider team and supporting colleagues when needed.
- Utilising the firms case management system to progress files efficiently.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years PQE in residential conveyancing.
- Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality work.
- Enthusiastic about business development and bringing in new clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in using a case management system.
