100 Remote for Summer Opportunity for Onsite Work After Summer
Pay Rate:$15 per hour
Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Breaks: Onehour lunch & two 15minute breaks
About the Role:
Join our team as a Customer Service Representative for the Arkansas EBT program this summer! This is a fully remote opportunity with the potential for onsite work on other EBT programs after the summer.
We are looking for individuals who are customerfocused techsavvy and eager to provide topnotch support to users of debit accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Support customers with their debit accounts
Navigate multiple computer applications quickly and accurately
Assist customers with troubleshooting and inquiries
Provide professional worldclass customer service
Accept and apply feedback to improve performance
Recommend products that best fit customer needs
Read and interpret documents as needed
Requirements:
Customer Service Experience: At least 6 months (via phone or in person)
Typing Speed: Minimum 25 WPM
Technical Skills: Ability to work with multiple computer applications
Communication Skills: Excellent telephone etiquette & active listening
Work Environment: Ability to work independently and under pressure
Team Player: Maintain a positive attitude in a diverse workplace
Attention to Detail: Strong multitasking and problemsolving skills
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Age Requirement: Must be 18 years or older
Background Check: Must pass a criminal background screening
