Schedule: Monday Friday; 9am pm; Inperson

Pay: $20.00 $26.; Nonexempt

Position Overview:

Provides administrative to the dental clinic staff and ensures the efficient timely and accurate delivery of dental services to patients. Appropriately Schedules patient for dental services. Ensures the accurate recording of patient information and billing data. Provides efficient delivery of healthcare services in a professional manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides reception for the dental clinic by courteously meeting and greeting individuals presenting themselves to the dental clinic.
  • Schedules all dental appointments using Dentrix software.
  • Answers phones in a courteous timely manner.
  • Monitors clinic email and voicemails and returns messages promptly.
  • Obtains client information by answering telephone calls interviewing clients and verifying information.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • ** Must have experience in a Dental clinic**
  • Experience scheduling high volume of appointment on a daily basis.
  • Experience with scheduling software.
  • Dental terminology
  • Previous dental insurance knowledge.
  • Requires first aid and CPR certificate or ability to obtain 90 days after employment.
  • Knowledge of Native American culture preferred.
  • Requires knowledge of computers including Windows and MS Office credit card processing multiline phone system.
  • Prefer knowledge of Athena and/or Dentrix.
  • Either High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certification required.
