Job Description
Newton Park Inc in Lakeville IN is looking for one concession stand associate to join our team. We are located on 801 N. Michigan St.. Our ideal candidate is attentive motivated reliable and flexible. Ideally the candidate would be available for evening and/or weekend shifts. Our shifts are dependent upon scheduled events and we are willing to work with your schedule.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and make them feel at home
- Answer any questions the customers may have and provide suggestions as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for colleagues and patrons
- Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner
Additional expectations may include appliance operation ensuring bathrooms are cleaned & willingness to do additional tasks outside of concession stand duties.
Qualifications
- Friendly attitude even when dealing with disgruntled colleagues and clientele
- Highly adaptable to various situations and customer needs
- Ability to problem solve quickly concerns customers may have
- Possess a positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture
