Job Description
18.00 per hour
Location: Midlands (with occasional travel and stays away)
Employment Type: Fulltime Permanent

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out commercial and industrial maintenance repairs and installations.
- Work independently and as part of a team to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company procedures.
- Communicate effectively with clients engineers and management to ensure service excellence.
- Maintain accurate records and administrative tasks related to job completion.
- Travel to client sites daily with occasional overnight stays.
What Were Looking For
- Trade Qualifications in carpentry plumbing plastering or similar.
- Minimum 4 years experience in a maintenance role demonstrating problemsolving ability and high professional standards.
- FGas certification (preferred but not essential).
- Valid ECS Card and Full UK Driving Licence.
- Strong knowledge of commercial and industrial maintenance requirements.
- Ability to work flexibly ensuring excellent service delivery.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to complete work to a high standard.
