Job Summary
Responsible for project managing and supporting the marketing and supportive operational functions of all Health Plans lines of business. Communicates the Health Plans brand advertising sales and corporate communication strategy with internal and external stakeholders. Creates attends and/or facilitates events designed to attract prospective members and their caregivers brokers/agents and community partners. Participates in El Paso Health (EPH) crossfunctional groups to assist in the development of educational materials and ensure compliance of organizational marketing and branding standards. Serves as a subject matter expert for the organization assisting Associates members and community stakeholders with understanding EPH STAR CHIP STARPLUS Preferred Administrators and Medicare Advantage benefits and marketing requirements.

Work Experience
Three years of experience in marketing advertising or sales is required. Experience in healthcare setting preferred but not required.
Education and Training
Bachelor degree in Marketing Healthcare or Public Affairs or related field is required.
