Our client is seeking a compassionate and experienced Deputy Nurse Manager; This leadership position requires a skilled registered nurse who can provide exceptional care services while managing and supporting nursing and care staff. The Deputy Nurse Manager will be crucial in ensuring highquality care for residents and maintaining strong relationships with external care professionals families and the internal team.
Situated in a picturesque area our clients nursing home is staffed by a highly trained and qualified team specialising in dementia and palliative care. All care is delivered using personcentred techniques complemented by a diverse activities program to promote flexible lifestyles for residents.
What were looking for:
- Registered Nurse: Registered Nurse with NMC registration.
- Experience in Senior Role: Previous experience in a senior nursing or management role.
- CQC Knowledge: Strong understanding of CQC standards and healthcare regulations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with service users and families.
- Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.

Your daytoday:
- Leadership and Team Management: Assist the Nurse Manager in leading and managing the nursing and care staff.
- Care Delivery: Engage with service users to understand their needs and ensure the delivery of outstanding care services.
- Compliance and Safeguarding: Identify referral pathways for safeguarding adult abuse and ensure compliance with CQC standards.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain positive working relationships with external care professionals families and visitors.
- PersonCentred Care: Promote ownership of care programs by involving service users and their families in the development agreement and evaluation of care plans.
