Job Description

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a full time Registered Nurse (RN) Oasis Reviewerpositionin the Beaumont area.

Job Description:

Works in an office environment promoting efficient functioning and coordination of all agency activities to ensure the highest level of patient care. Ability to work in patients home in various conditions; possible exposure to blood and bodily fluids and infectious diseases; ability to work flexible schedule; ability to travel locally; some exposure to unpleasant weather; PRN emergency call.

Qualifications:

State of Texas RN license required
3 years experience managing a palliative care and/or hospice program
3 years experience in management
Prospectively reviews all OASIS assessments to ensure appropriateness completeness and compliance with federal and state regulations and agency policy.
Utilizes OASIS variation or alert reports when reviewing OASIS data.
Ensures appropriateICD9/10 coding and sequencing as it relates to the patients medical condition including any comorbidities.
BSN or five years equivalent experience required
Able to multitask
Effective written and verbal communication
Clean back ground and drug screen
