Job Description

Description

  • High School Diploma or USA equivalency
  • Two years of office experience with a focus on recordkeeping. Experience in maintenance of student records in a public school environment preferred
  • Computerized record keeping experience preferably as a secondary school data person
  • Demonstrated ability to work with a minimum of supervision and direction
  • Oversee issuance of admit and tardy cards as well as excuses for students leaving school
  • Ensure the maintenance of adequate and accurate student records with regard to class schedule home address telephone number and attendance
  • Regular and punctual attendance at the worksite is required for this position

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Travel throughout the district is integral to this job. A remote working environment /alternate work arrangement is not an option for campusbased employees/campusbased positions because regular and punctual attendance at the worksite and performing all duties at the worksite are essential job duties for all campusbased personnel.
