Job Description
The Position
How Youll Make an Impact
- Conduct accurate inventories of various supplies
- Prepare supplies for shipment this includes testing electronic equipment packaging office supplies cleaning used items for reuse and conducting frontline QA
- Accurately pack shipments using provided packing instructions
- Use Microsoft Office Google Docs and Google Sheets to create labels spreadsheets and forms related to shipping/receiving and inventory processes
- Periodically communicate with other departments via email and phone
- Assist with general facilities maintenance
Qualifications
- Ability to repeatedly lift heavy items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to accurately test and perform basic troubleshooting of computers and electronic equipment
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office products such as Excel Word and Outlook
- Basic understanding of Google Suite Applications such as Google Sheets and Google Docs (preferred)
- An eye for detail
- Aptitude to work independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Drivers license and clean driving record (preferred)
Compensation
The pay rate for this position is $18 per hour. This position is eligible for 401(k) once eligibility requirements are met and other benefits as required by state or local law.
