Occupational Therapist Inpatient Rehab
Per Diem Rate: $59/hr
Shift Hours: Per Diem (As Needed)
Weekdays and Weekends
Per Diem Requirement: Two shifts per month 1 must be a Saturday or Sunday and holiday.

Responsibilities
As a OT you will evaluate all assigned patients and develops implements and modifies treatment plan in accordance with the patients need and physician direction. Responsible for delegation and direction of all disciplinespecific therapy services for those assigned patients. Ensures the design of functional treatment programs allowing for an effective return to community activities. Serves as an educator of patients families students coworkers and self. Performs other professional duties associated with the care of the patient development of disciplinespecific therapy services and design of program delivery.
- Evaluates assigned patients and establishes appropriate treatment goals and treatment programs.
- Participate in discharge planning including placement patient and family education and adaptive equipment
Qualifications
Minimum requirements:
- Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Occupational Therapist
- Certified BLS
Per Diem Requirement: Two shifts per month 1 must be a Saturday or Sunday and holiday.
