Job Schedule: 9/80: Employees work 9 out of every 14 days totaling 80 hours worked and have every other Friday off
Job Description:
We are seeking a Quality Technician to join our facility in Canoga Park California. In this role you will provide technical/administrative support to the Quality function.
The selected candidate will perform assignments requiring application of Industry Quality Configuration Operations practices and principles supporting multiple programs. Position requires extensive computer data input and requires the candidate to be proficient with computers.
Essential Functions:
- Provides technical/administrative support to the Quality function which encompasses Product Integrity and Quality Control which includes but is not limited to support of development of the asbuilt BOM listing assurance of traceability of hardware and support of acceptance data package creation
- Supports the development and implementation of program quality plans and procedures.
- Ensures that performance and quality products conform to established company and regulatory standards.
- Reviews analyzes and reports on quality discrepancies and data related to production.
- Investigates problems and develops disposition and corrective actions for recurring discrepancies. Interfaces with stakeholders to ensure requirements are met. Recommends corrective actions dispositions process optimization and modifications.
- Ability to obtain a US security clearance
Qualifications:
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 4years of prior related experience
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Expertise with PTC Windchill and manufacturing planning (Delmia) desired.
- Working knowledge of Quality Configuration Operations practices and principles also desired.
In compliance with pay transparency requirements the salary range for this role is $31.73 MIN $59.13 MAX. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
