Are you an experienced Contentious Trusts and Probate solicitor looking for a senior role within a supportive Litigation team
Senior Associate Contentious Trusts and Probate CambridgeEssex orHerts with hybrid working
Full time or part time
Client
A top tier regional fullservice law firm who pride themselves on exceptional client service
Role
Working on complex contentious matters
An excellent opportunity to take the next step in your legal career working with a varied caseload and collaborating with partners
Advising clients on funding options available to them and on procedure and alternative dispute resolution processes
Identifying and liaising with appropriate experts and Counsel
You
6 years PQE in Contentious Trusts and Probate
Experience in handling executor and trustee disputes
Experience in interpreting/administering trusts and applications to remove executors/trustees
