Job Description

Montague Gardens is seeking to appoint a Printers Mechanic within the Technical and Engineering department to assess the maintenance and mechanical requirements of jobs allocated and to execute planned and ad hoc mechanical maintenance. The successful incumbent will report to the Mechanical Foreman
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY: Preventative maintenance lubrication service checks cleaning Maintenance of production equipment Assessing maintenance or breakdown requirements liaise with maintenance planner Compliance to the OHS Act by applying safe work practices Assist Maintenance Technicians when required Assist when required with project specific maintenance and installations as part of the project team Monitor and ensure safety devices are all functioning fully after completion of maintenance or ad hoc jobs Provide the required feedback into the computerised job card system.
