Intel Background Investigator
Xcelerate Solutions is seeking a Full Time Intel Background Investigator you will support a large national background investigations (BI) program that provides investigative products and services to departments and agencies of the federal government. California Los Angeles/surrounding area
Clearance:
Active Top Secret
Responsibilities:
- Review background investigation documentation packet for inconsistencies errors omissions or falsifications for all assignments
- Conduct personal interviews record checks and prepare clear concise reports based on the FIS
- Communicate effectively through verbal and written means
- Adhere to assignment deadlines while obtaining sufficient investigative coverage
- Balance and prioritize workload understand and interpret policies and procedures
- Interact with Program team members to ensure timely and thorough investigations
- Perform additional functions as needed to achieve business objectives
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be a citizen of the United States at least 18 years of age.
- Active TopSecret clearance or higher
- Prior completion of an approved NTS Background Investigator course is required
- Personal vehicle or other reliable transportation valid drivers license and satisfactory driving record preferred
- Ability to conduct interviews inperson and be able to travel up to 75 of the time
- Level III 3 year of specialized Federal background investigative experience within the least five 5 years conducting in person interviews/record checks for SUBJECTs Sources and Providers. Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university
Preferred Qualifications:
- Spanish Speaking multilingual is preferred
- Level IV 5 year of specialized Federal background investigative experience within the least five 5 years conducting in person interviews/record checks for SUBJECTs Sources and Providers. Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university
