Job Description
Were seeking a CDP to join our client near Thetford. This impressive kitchen space has become a real daytime destination venue and is proud to have recently won an award for their restaurant service.
This is a fulltime permanent position working from 8am5pm 5 days per week including working alternating weekends with days off in the week in lieu.
Youll be part of a large back of house team who are friendly good people and run a tight organised ship. The restaurant kitchen has recently undergone an extension and renovation so the business can bake their own bread cakes and pastries all inhouse. Using local suppliers and seasonal produce is a key value in this kitchen.
If you like the idea of working days in a modern buzzing kitchen which cooks simple beautifully made food starring local and seasonal produce then wed love to hear from you.
Requirements
- A food hygiene safety certificate
- Previous experience of working in a commercial kitchen in a busy team
- Enjoys a variety of prep and kitchen tasks
- Friendly personality a good team player who is able to work as part of a big and happy team
- Able to stay organised and calm during busy periods
