About the role:
As we enter our next phase we are focused on building a nextgeneration architecture that can sustain high growth and endure for years to come. To help us on this journey were seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with diverse backgrounds who can drive and help us accelerate and enhance our technical capabilities on this journey. You will be building a leading fintech product across SouthEast Asia on an international & diverse team.
Technical delivery of the team/pod to drive technical excellence
Create a realistic technical sprint plan and align it with a quarter roadmap with stakeholders
Collaborate and drive timely and quality delivery with proper technical documentation
Identify technical challenges worth solving and create technical design and plan to solve
Handson coding doing code reviews and story
Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in technology establish best practices and share knowledge with the wider team.
Manage mentor and guide technical team members
Minimum qualifications:
Working experience with startups or good tech companies with education from top universities with 710 years of experience
Strong understanding and handson with programming languages frameworks & technologies and able to provide technical guidance and direction to the team.
Proficiency in at least one backend programming language such as PHP Go Python Node.js Java etc. Prefer to have work experience with PHP.
Good understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API design and knowledge of data architecture for database systems.
Experience of delivery and team management with agile methodologies and driving a pod scrum etc for sprint delivery
Good understanding of software development methodologies system architecture debugging testing code reviews and technical documentation
Experience in refactoring optimizing code managing technical debt and able to prioritize tasks to ensure the technical debt is minimized.
Ability to evaluate new technologies and tools and make informed decisions about their use in the organization.
Strong understanding of code quality and best practices and ability to apply them within the team to ensure highquality code
Excellent problemsolving skills and be able to identify and address complex technical problems.

Preferred qualifications:
Working experience with full stack development understanding of frontend and mobile technologies.
Exposure to DevOps with AWS messaging logging and monitoring frameworks
Exposure to multiple backend tech stacks
Fintech domain experience
