ThinkTell Junction Are you looking to kickstart your career in a dynamic and fastpaced environment We are seeking an enthusiastic Entry Level Personal Assistant to join our team! In this role you will be introduced to the exciting world of administrative support while gaining invaluable experience that will set the foundation for your future career.
Responsibilities
- Manage executives schedules including appointments and travel arrangements.
- Communicate effectively with team members clients and stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing reports presentations and meeting materials.
- Conduct research and gather information as needed for projects.
- Maintain organized files and documentation for easy access.
- Handle incoming calls and emails responding promptly and professionally.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
