Responsible for monitoring third party insurance vendor to ensure all insurance bills are paid timely adequatecoverage is held on all properties lender placed insurance procedures are followed properly and that allinvestor guidelines are followed. Reviews researches and responds to internal and external email requestsinquiries and/or complaints. Responsible for the accurate payment of insurance exception items. This positionensures the performance of all duties in accordance with the companys policies and procedures all U.S. stateand federal laws and regulations wherein the company operates.

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay for this role is between $24.52 and $33.65/hr. Your base pay will depend on multiple individualized factors including your jobrelated knowledge/skills qualifications experience and market location.
