Job Description
As an Assistant Manager you are responsible for managing your team along with operational and financial objectives.
The Assistant Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant including but not limited to directing the activities of hourly employees ensuring cleanliness and sanitation friendly efficient guest service and that all administrative and accounting duties are completed according to Company policy. The Assistant Manager will affect these areas of responsibility through the use of coaching feedback and people development skills by providing vision and leadership to the staff.
