Gather and understand the clients technicalrequirements from the Sales team and communicate the same effectively with the crossfunctionalteam members and management.
Acts as a SPOC (Single point of contact) forclient interactions and concurrently with the technical team responsible fordaily / weekly meetings and for necessary update / changes.
Analyze & create the project scope /document and effort estimation anticipate changes (Identify the problem areas/processes in the business that areto be benchmarked)
Create a strategic benchmarking with the ability to analyzecompetitors data and industry trends towards rewarding the objectives of thebusiness (Identifying industries or companies that have similar products & identifyingthe industry leaders that is which companies stand out the most)
Conductingresearch on the best practice to be adopted and develop costeffective solutionsto boost productivity.
Create an SRS document that explainseach & every module in detail and functional & nonfunctional requirements.
Planning Research Implementation analysisbudgeting forecasting and Monitoring deliverables to ensure timely completionof projects.
Operations & Project Maintenance Correctionof defects changes Validation procedures deactivation plans end to endresponsibility
Closure / MIS Reporting
