Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through calling
- Setting up telephonic meetings with potential clients
- Negotiate/close deals on calls and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Inside Sales Executive or relevant role with a minimum of 2 number of years with Ecommerce company
- Proficiency in English Hindi and any regional languages
- Fair understanding of sales and negotiating techniques on calls
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach
