Do you desire to be part of an awardwinning & successful team while working for a trusted high integrity owner & management staff Phillips Chevrolet is currently accepting applications for talented outgoing and motivated single point of contact Sales Specialists.We offer paid onthejobtraining through our renowned Phillips University strictlydedicated to your success;from the #1 Chevy Dealer in Illinois. This is a fulltime position that requires a 5 day workweek including Saturdays. Dealership closes at 7pm during the week and 6pm on Saturdays. Example of work schedule: Monday thru Friday 9am 5pm 11am7pm 2 9am7pm 1 day off during week and Saturdays 8:30am6pm.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
  • Be the vehicle expert. Know the ins & the outs of product offerings optional packages & latest technology
  • Perform highquality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles
  • Receives the leads phoneups floor traffic and back up help from the Sales BDC
  • Sales sells all the products including aftermarket and backend products
  • Followup with buyers to ensure referral business
  • Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
  • Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives planned activities reviews and analyses
  • Bring your A game & positive attitude with you every day
