We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and suitably experienced individual who will be responsible for the leadership of our RE department. This maternity cover is for our current Curriculum Leader and it is our preference to appoint someone keen to take on these responsibilities; however applications are also welcomed from colleagues interested in covering the teaching responsibilities without the leadership aspects.
Ranelagh is an 1118 coeducational Anglican Academy (converter) which is oversubscribed and has an excellent reputation for academic achievement and positive school ethos. The school has had five outstanding OFSTED reports with Grade 1 across all areas but we are not complacent and as such the provision for professional learning and development is something of which we are all very proud.
Potential candidates may wish to know that our admissions policy enables the school to prioritise the admission of children of staff recruited to posts in which there is a demonstrable skill shortage.
If you are an excellent practitioner ambitious to develop your career in an energetic and highly professional environment we would welcome an application from you.
This school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects all staff to share this commitment. All staff employed in the school must be aware that an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check will be undertaken.
If you are interested in learning more about the position please contact the Headteacher via the School Office onor by email at Details of the post are also available on the school website.
