Job Description
Housekeeper
Marous Management Servicesis currently seeking a parttime 2030 hours/week)Housekeeperto join our team inSandusky Ohio. In this role you will be responsible for maintaining and improving companyowned facilities in a safe and economical manner.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Understands the Marous 5 Ps Business Plan and be an active participant in the implementation and of responsibilities necessary to achieve property and company goals.
- Maintains cleanliness of clubhouse leasing offices fitness room and other common areas.
- Notifies maintenance of deficiencies damage or needed repairs to equipment furniture or anything on the property in need of attention.
- Performs daily inspection and touchup of make ready units and models to ensure that they are 100 ready to be leased and occupied.
- Assists maintenance/grounds personnel in maintaining curb appeal including planting flowers removal lawn watering snow removal etc.
- Monitors the inventory of cleaning supplies and/or equipment and notify supervisor of needs.
- Maintains cleaning supplies in accordance with OSHA requirements.
- Maintains cleanliness of facilities including restroom facilities.
- Maintains cleanliness of community room including carpets furniture windows and kitchen area.
- Cleans vacant apartments units as assigned.
- Assists supervisor with set up and participation in resident retention activities.
- Understands and adheres to all Fair Housing laws.
- Adheres to established Marous Management emergency policies and procedures.
- Attends staff meetings and assigned training.
- Maintains professional appearance and conduct at all times.
- Performs all other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma G.E.D. or equivalent.
- Must possess demonstrated knowledge and skill in safely using appropriate tools and equipment in maintaining and repairing companyowned facilities.
- Previous experience in multifamily or commercial cleaning preferred.
- The ability to lift up to 60lbs.
Pay:
- $16$20/hour depending on experience
