Under direct supervision receives and responds to customer and agents inquiries requests and complaints; furnishes information and provides accurate courteous and efficient service to customers.

The range for this position is $13.37 to $22.02. When determining candidate offers we consider experience skills education certifications and geographic location among other factors. This job is also eligible for our Kemper benefits package (Medical Dental Vision PTO 401k etc.
