Role Description:
We are looking for a skilledBusiness Analyst with a strong background in insurance preferably in brokerage insurance. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate business needs into actionable insights.
As part of the consulting team our Business Analyst will:
- Analyze and document business requirements for insurance projects
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs
- Develop and maintain detailed project documentation including business requirements process flows and use cases
- Conduct data analysis to support decisionmaking and identify opportunities for improvement
- Work closely with IT and development teams to ensure the successful implementation of solutions
- Provide ongoing support and training to users on new systems and processes.
Skills and Experience
To qualify for the role you must have:
- Higher education in Business Administration Finance or a related field
- 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry with a preference for brokerage insurance experience
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
